While attending our camp you will have tons of fun with our horses. You will learn to groom and saddle at the barn, ride in the round pen, roping if you like, hiking, badminton and group games, arts & crafts you can take home or gift to family and friends, Bible lessons, stories and songs in the Gazebo. About Lone Tree Ranch

The rugged, hilly terrain of the Lone Tree Ranch has many Rustic Camp Sites which are just right for scouting groups, youth groups and family camps. Some tent sites can be reached over level ground with minimal effort, others require a hearty trek and provide solitude and a beautiful view of the night sky. Because of tall grass, we do not allow fires outside of designated areas on Lone Tree.

In a grove of cedars at the foot of a rocky hill is the Victory Circle Fire Ring, just right for stories, singing and group activities. This site is one of several made by volunteers in this case Winston Boy Scouts. Come sing and watch the sparks fly upward! Horsemanship Facilities including: staff, trained horses, inspected horse gear, round pen, and lower arena, enable children and families to enjoy riding in a safe yet adventuresome environment. Check our events calendar, or schedule your own family or group event.

Winding through more than a mile of varied terrain, the Loop Trail takes hikers through several terrain types and micro climates, providing exercise and a chance to enjoy beautiful views and the wonder of Creation. Guided and narrated hikes are available.

…because God first loved us.

GOD IS NEAR TO ALL WHO CALL ON HIM, TO ALL WHO CALL ON HIM IN TRUTH…

We have been found by God. He came seeking us as a shepherd when our hearts were lost like new lambs in the snow. He came to earth in the person of his son to show us Love. Jesus, the divine man, walked with the common people. He touched diseased folk and they were cured. He touched the unclean and they were made clean. He ate with sinners and traitors and failures, and they knew that God loved them—and their lives changed! He met the needs of his friends and washed their feet, even though they could not remain steadfast he loved them!

And that is why we love. Jesus taught us, and more than that he freed us! When Jesus died on the cross, (and we measure history from his birth for he is a historical fact) the contamination which cut us off from God us was washed away! Our failures, our sins, our personal evil, are gone when we trust what Christ did for us! Now what counts is faith expressed in love.

We are Christians with nothing to sell and no denominational or political axe to grind. We dearly want all people to know that God loves them, and that by trusting what Jesus Christ did on the cross they can be set free in this life to really live, and after death they will find Eternal Life with the God who loves them so……wanna talk about Jesus?
